Wie steht es um Ehrlichkeit und Vertrauen in Business und B2B-Vertrieb?

Der Mensch lüge 200 mal am Tag – so eine Behauptung. Und nach einer Studie zur Unehrlichkeit lügen Männer mehr als Frauen. Aber angeblich haben doch Lügen kurze Beine – warum tun wir es dann?

Die Experten rufen:
Vertrauen sei wichtig und von grundlegender Bedeutung, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen. Ehrliches Geschäftsverhalten basiert auf Integrität, Transparenz, Offenheit und Aufrichtigkeit.

Das Thema Ehrlichkeit ist eine sehr delikate Angelegenheit. In den meisten Kreisen ist niemand so taktlos, dieses Thema auf den Tisch zu bringen. Räuber, Kriminelle, Schwindler und Betrüger proklamieren ihre Ehrlichkeit am lautesten. Kein Wunder, dass jeder, der dieses Thema heutzutage anzuschneiden wagt, Gefahr läuft, sich selbst zu besudeln.

Ohne Ehrlichkeit sich selbst gegenüber wird ein Mensch echte Gefühle durch vernunftgesteuertes Denken ersetzen. Somit wird die Frage „Was fühlst Du?“ eher in eine verstandesgemäße Spekulation hervorbringen wie „Was sollte ich fühlen?“ als die tatsächliche Empfindung dessen, was vorhanden ist.

Täuschen und Vertrauen

Eine unaufrichtige Zuschaustellung sogenannter „ehrlicher“ Gefühle geschieht häufig in der Absicht zu täuschen, zu manipulieren oder das, was unter der Oberfläche steckt, zu tarnen. Anderen gegenüber unaufrichtig zu sein führt unweigerlich dazu, dass man die Achtung vor ihnen verliert. „Ausrangierte“ Freunde haben wir zuvor getäuscht. Das Gleiche trifft für die Achtung zu, die wir uns selbst und unserem verlorenen Selbst entgegenbringen. Unehrlichkeit ist die Wurzel des Eigendünkels.
• Vortäuschen ist Vorstellung OHNE Vertrauen.
• Zu Erschaffen ist Vorstellung MIT Vertrauen.
• Menschen, die Ihren Vorstellungen vertrauen, erschaffen sie als real.

Lügen vs. Ehrlichkeit

Lügen über unsere eigene Unehrlichkeit scheinen uns leicht von der Zunge zu gehen. Ein Teil in uns besteht automatisch darauf, dass wir ehrlich sind, ohne überhaupt zu überprüfen, was wir tun oder was wir sagen. Erwischt man Kinder bei etwas Unrechtem, dann hört man oft als Erstes „Ich war es nicht.“ Es scheint einfacher zu sein, Handlungen zu verteidigen, als ihnen ehrlich auf den Grund zu gehen. Wir greifen eher an, als dass wir etwas zuzugeben. Etwas zuzugeben, erfordert Mut.

ANGST ist die ÜBERZEUGUNG von unserer Unzulänglichkeit, mit etwas klarzukommen.

Ehrlich zu sein ist tatsächlich eine Frage des Mutes – genügend Mut, uns dem zu stellen, was uns Angst macht.
